Randolph Kaser, founder of Acquire Fire Protection, started the company with 13 years of previous experience in the fire safety industry. He began his work in 1987 as a service technician in the fire safety field. After only three years, Randy became Service Manager, later moving on to be General Manager where he further enhanced his knowledge in the fire industry. His 30 years of hands on experience have made Randy an expert in the fire safety industry.

Debbie Kaser, co-founder and Treasurer for Acquire Fire Protection has over 35 years of experience in the accounting field. She currently manages our accounting department. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Hiram College, which she completed in 2011. Debbie has served in a variety of capacities both as a volunteer and employee. Her work history includes positions held in both the business and non-profit sectors. In addition to accounting, her areas of expertise include customer care, computer technology, administrative support, and human resource management.
Marcus Orahood, service technician, joined the Acquire Fire Protection team in August of 2015. Marcus graduated from Lakeview schools in 2011, and has attended classes at Kent State University for business. His previous work history includes office management and retail experience. He has also worked in a variety of volunteer positions. In addition to his business training, Marcus takes great pride in customer care, service and team building.
Daniel Schmidt, service technician, joined the Acquire Fire Protection team in October of 2018. Daniel was home schooled, and attended Auburn Career Center completing their Construction Technology program. As an Eagle Scout, Daniel is using his scouting skills to work with the boys in his local church. In addition to his training is construction Daniel brings great customer service skills to our team. In the short time he has been on our team Daniel has distinguished himself in both portable fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems earning his State of Ohio certifications in record time.
